KIDS 7-11 years
- Promoting FOCUS and COORDINATION, our Kids program mixes fun games and drills to give your child a healthy outlet while building a strong understanding of the martial art!

TEENS 12-15 years
- Building STRENGTH and DISCIPLINE with techniques, padwork and optional controlled contact, helping Teens develop into Adults in a safe and encouraging environment!

ADULTS 16+
- Develop FITNESS and MOBILITY whether it is to learn a new skill, bored of standard workouts at the gym or looking to join our ever-progressing fight team. Our Adults program is welcoming of everyone!
