Standing French curls

So this is my meal prep I've done for 12 years , chicken breast , Maggie bag , flavoured rice .
So I'll chop up the chicken put half into each bag , air fryer it for 20mins at 190 then put 100g per container have 1 full rice with the chicken , good thing about these rice's is you don't need sauce and boom that's my lunch , it's cheap to do as you can normally get 4 to 5 containers of chicken plus the rice's are £1 . Meal prep ideas coming tonight 🍽
So tomorrow is Monday and everyone says "I'll start Monday" so here's a few easy things to get started .
Cut back on chocolate and fizzy juice , I'm not saying go cold turkey but if your eating 10 chocolate bars a week try & cut to 5 , replace fizzy juice with diluting juice .
Try get more steps in per day , I know its freezing outside so even up & down the stairs a few extra times can help

So here goes , in this picture is 1600kcal for an 8 hr shift , this is 2 days worth , how did I "meal prep" this ? Easy the spicy chicken pasta , monster and protein bar are a meal deal from tesco so £3.25 each ? Pack of blueberries from anywhere £2 , protein drink aldi £1 so all in this cost me £6.25 for a shift worth of food so easy on kcals and your bank in tough times but you want to be healthier
Right so gonna try and get this page up and running, a lot of people will be doing the new year new me so I'll post meal prep & training ideas , it'll probably mostly be pix as I hate recording myself lol 💪😂
