It’s was over 30 years ago when I first took a chance and walked into a T’ai Chi class. I was amazed , people were happy and enjoying the movements. For years I had thought of exercise as work, always pushing to the limit and sometimes beyond. T’ai Chi is different. In class we learn the benefits of gentleness whilst simultaneously building strength from the inside out. We do train daily but there is no rush,for indeed, where would we be rushing to? Take a deep breath, slow down and enjoy the view. See you soon in class.
