Gaz, from hating the gym to completely changing his lifestyle
2 years ago Gaz originally came to me and said his main issue with training is that he ‘just can’t stand the gym’ fast forward to years and this has completely changed
The main goal was to bring down his 10k times easy job done ✅✅ (now being sub 45min) through a mix of strength training,developing core strength and cardio exercise it’s only a matter of time
I am yet to meet someone who is as self critical of themselves when it comes to performance other than myself but like me we overcome this with a never quitting attitude towards our paths in life again someone I am yet to meet that matches my own energy when it comes to this.
Nearly reaching 200 gym session and only looking forward to the next 200
Stop being so hard on yourself bud! You do much better than a lot out there 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

There isn’t a lot of people this days built like Ant…
I have been doing this now for 5 years and let me tell you Ant is one of his own, the way he has adapted to a life of training is seriously impressive in only 6 months the changes in his lifestyle and attitude have shock both of us

TRAINING MATURITY
200kg-210kg A LONG GRIND
Once upon a time I used to get so frustrated about missing lifts put this year has taught me to enjoy the process
Each failed rep is one step closer to getting a new PR and the minute you tell yourself this is when you actually start enjoying the ‘fails’
Hit 200kg for the first time earlier this year and it’s taken till now to get 210 off the ground
Couple of volume blocks between the strength block and a lot of rinse and repeat
Next target is 225kg and each increment will feel like a great achievement!

When people ask me what my greatest achievement is the first person that seems to always come to mind is Toria..
The reason I would refer to Toria being one of my greatest achievements is down to the numbers but not the numbers inside the gym more outside the walls of our gym the things that actually matter and whilst training she has had her gallbladder removed and diagnosed with a fatty liver but this has not stopped her in her tracks at all and only pushed her to do better
1, Heart health was 57 it’s now 37
2, Weight at the highest was 95.7 lowest 79
3, countless dress/clothing sizes
Toria started her journey with me in August 2024 ‘weight loss was the goal for Toria that was boxed off in no time at all
At one point she was so scared to step outside on to the gym floor so confined to the studio and a class timetable now I simply can’t get her off it an actual example of a gym girly 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️
From group exercises to studio sessions and now hitting PR’ like a 100kg deadlift and 40kg on the bench never failing to amaze me and yourself… a true product of Beehappyfitness!
We have a laugh we have fun every session we achieved so much together thus far!

Zoe & The Hybrid Games
This is Zoe and the story of her journey so far….
Zoe first came to me 7 months ago with the main goal to simply lose weight after the first month she told me that in the next 2 years she wanted to compete in a hyrox event as a ‘side quest’ as she had little to zero gym experience
At the end of June I realised that she was more of capable of doing this by the start of 2026 it wasn’t long before I realised she could do it this year so in July that side quest became main quest
After looking for tickets for a month or so we realised that wasn’t going to happen but to do the Hybrid games was a possibility so the tickets were booked for 22/11/2025
Since July we have done nothing but train solid for this event and as of today I can confirm that she is more than ready for the event next Saturday and this is down to a couple of things
1, Zoe’ can do attitude and willingness to give anything a go
2, My belief that anything is achievable providing you have the right mindset and you lock TF in!
It has been an exceptional 4 months of training leading up to this event and something I have enjoyed every minute even the tears and trust me the have been tears (not name dropping) 😅 but for the vast majority She has kept that cheeky smile on her face all the way through this!
Well done Zoe I wish you all the best of luck for next week and will be excited for our next chapter of our story together

This is Zaynul and his story so far…

We started off with the goal of being under 100kg in a year and we have now achieved this together!
Zaynul told me he had never been able to stick to a gym or diet and that’s why he had come to me for guidance
We started off coming to session x2 per week we then incorporated online coaching around 9 months into our journey to increase this to x4 sessions per week and around a month ago a meal plan to support the training
He has accomplished his goal by simply sticking with the program and trusting the process, it’s been a missive life style change but a sustainable one that he will stick to forever
So much has been achieved in the past 12 months and I am nothing but exited to see what we can accomplish together in the next 12 months
Some of the most enjoyable session I’ve ever done are with this man we have kept everything simple and light hearted and it makes life easier when we both have the same love for football!
I am extremely proud of you mate you have done everything that’s been asked and you should be extremely proud of yourself!

CUT 2025!
Starting weight 89kg (04/01/2025) body fat 21%
Current weight 74.95kg (19/10/2025) body fat 12.7%
One more week to cut before my cut ends it’s been a solid challenging journey from start to finish feeling tired and weak at times but reminding myself just to keep going as it will all be worth it and it got me through
But I am more that satisfied with the results although I do wish I took pictures at the start of all this 😂😂
Time now to take the back of this year to build on this fantastic year of trainingand start again in the new year!!
