Vikki is absolutely loving Morocco and, true to form, has been moving every day. This was her post-boxing workout!
One of the biggest changes we see in our STOMPERS isn’t just getting fitter or stronger—it’s reaching the point where exercise becomes something you genuinely miss when it’s not part of your day.
With consistency and time, movement stops feeling like a chore and starts becoming the thing that gives you energy, clears your mind, boosts your mood and helps you feel like you.
If you’re currently out of the exercise habit, that feeling of lethargy can be hard to break. The good news? You don’t need to throw yourself into anything extreme. A classic STOMP session is the perfect way to ease yourself back in, rebuild momentum and remember just how good moving your body can feel.
The hardest session is often the first one back. đź’š

The best exercise for longevity isn’t always found in a gym.
Sometimes it’s simply walking up a hill.
As we get older, maintaining muscle mass, cardiovascular fitness, bone strength and balance becomes increasingly important. Walking uphill challenges all four at the same time, without the impact of running or the complexity of complicated workouts.
For women over 40, regular uphill walking can help strengthen the legs and glutes, improve heart health, support healthy bones and preserve the fitness needed for everyday life.
At STOMP, we love it because it’s accessible, effective and sustainable. No fancy equipment. No gruelling sessions. Just moving your body in a way that helps you stay strong, capable and confident for years to come.
Because we’re not just exercising for today.
We’re investing in the future version of ourselves.

This STOMPER is Vikki!
She’s also our 2026 Ambassador and wears her hoodie with pride — a reflection of the incredible impact she’s had on her own health, fitness and wellbeing over the past few years.
One of the things we love most at STOMP is that when exercise is sustainable, varied and enjoyable, it stops feeling like a chore. Week after week, it simply becomes part of your lifestyle because it doesn’t leave you exhausted, defeated or dreading the next session.
Of course, some workouts will challenge you more than others, but movement should always feel achievable, rewarding and something you can come back to again and again.
When fitness becomes part of how you live, amazing things happen. You find yourself saying “yes” to opportunities you may once have avoided — like booking the activity-packed adventure holiday Vikki is heading off on today!
Have the most wonderful time, .
We’ll be right here waiting for you when you get back.
Keep Stomping! 👣

We smash the recommendation to train for 2 hours weekly at STOMP!!
The headlines this week were talking about how just 90–120 minutes of strength training per week could help us live longer, stay healthier, and reduce our risk of disease.
The good news?
You don't need a gym membership, mirrors, or hours of punishing workouts.
At STOMP, we combine strength training with the power of movement, nature, and community. Whether you're lifting weights in our beautiful private studio or building strength outdoors in The Surrey Hills, our small group sessions are designed to help women get stronger in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.
Research continues to show that strength training supports:
âś“ Muscle mass as we age
âś“ Bone density
âś“ Metabolic health
âś“ Balance and mobility
âś“ Independence later in life
And perhaps most importantly...
It helps you feel capable, confident and strong in your own body.
No bootcamp.
No intimidation.
No keeping up with anyone else.
Just intelligent fitness, expert coaching, fresh air, friendly faces and a plan that works.
Because exercise shouldn't just add years to your life.
It should add life to your years.
