Raised money for charity
Learnt countless lessons
Got married
Had many client socials
Team photoshoots
Found my competitive edge again
Began fuelling myself well (became more fun to be around)
Completed EIQ Nutrition & Online Coaching
Who knows what’s next 💭

Convenience
Often classed as a ‘bad’ choice
A meal that’s taken less than 5 minutes to prepare can’t be healthy, surely?
I’d really be asking myself, how could I make it more nutritious, more filling
Because when you’re short on time, why would you spend 30 minutes preparing a meal - I wouldn’t 🤷🏻♀️
But how could you make a noodle bowl more nutritious?
I added pre cooked chicken & quickly stir fried some mushrooms, peppers and carrots while the noodles was in the microwave for 2 MINUTES.

A week off tracking - I can’t see a difference, can you?
I encourage time away from routine for short, planned periods of time no matter the goal
We’re not designed to be switched on all of the time
I’ve been scared to take time off,
Scared to increase calories,
Run on empty 100% of the time.
And it got me..
N O W H E R E
I didn’t look better,
Didn’t feel better
And had a less than healthy social life (ask my husband about the wine story ⚖️)
I turned that all around, are you ready too?

Meet Jade
Self employed 🐶 ✂️
Solo parent of 2 🧑🧒🧒
Anyone who knows her knows she has her hands full and operates at 1000mph 💨
She arrived back at Shaped with 2 goals
1. Looking and feeling great for her birthday this week
And
2. To become strong and hold down a structured routine in the gym
Within 3 weeks, she’s increased her output, visited me a few times in the gym to nail down form and tidied up her diet.
To add to how full her hands are normally, she challenged herself to walk 20k steps per day for 21 days for 3 charities close to her heart.
She’s an affa rare quine and I’m delighted she chose me to work with again.

Just Ebony Dixon holding on to the weight she’s casually lost..
20kg blitzed 🥵
Ebony has seriously grinded out the training side, absolutely crushing everything she has set out to achieve.
Taking chunks out of her running times, with a half marathon planned for October.
We stripped back her main compounds to make those better quality and ensure she could go further than ever before.
Now she can casually run 14km+, deadlift 100kg+ and do a hyrox for breakfast if she wanted to.
Granted - the video is RDLs but the form was too good not to share 😮💨
