Welcome George.
We are hugely excited to announce we have a new trainer joining the team from next week. Due to the fantastic feedback and response we have received since opening the studio 2 months ago Dan and I have decided itโs time to expand and bring on another member to the team.
As well as being a personal trainer George is also a level 4 sports massage therapist.
George will be offering 30 minute personal training sessions free of charge next week.
He is available at the below times:
Tuesday 7th: 2pm till 6pm
Wednesday 8th: 6am till 4pm

Myke started training with me in January this year, when he started he was 116KG and this week he has just hit 96KG which is a massive 20KG lost ๐ช๐ช.
As well as having a family, he also runs two successful businesses and is director of rugby at Maidenhead. With all this going on and the fact gyms have been closed for half the year it would of been very easy to find an excuse not to train.
He has been training 5/6 times a week consistently for the last 8 months with a couple of weeks off for recovery. The training has been a mix of gym, HIIT, spin bike and swims sessions as well as interval and longer based runs.
He has gone from running 5KM in over 30 mins to running it in 25 mins and gone from not being able to run 10KM to running it in 55mins.
He has spent many horrible mornings back at the start of the year before gyms opened at 6am in his garden when it was cold, dark and wet getting his sessions in before work.
We havenโt drastically changed his diet but made a few small changes like reducing his portion sizes, cutting out some unnecessary snacks and increasing his protein in take. We got him ordering pre prepped meals so he knew exactly what he was eating and didnโt have to think about it. He still enjoys a takeaway on Fridays and a big roast on Sundays with his family.
