Tuesday saw us deliver our first FTY FLY session at Ganger Farm Sports Park, Romsey. We welcomed 40 players to test their skills against our equipment and to also take part in a series of small sided games.

🟢BENEFITS OF THE FAST FEET ICON🟢

Used previously by Jack Grealish, Phil Foden and many clubs across the world including grassroots level, the fast feet icon is a great addition to any player or team’s training.

It is all about intensity, developing a players skills around close control, reaction time and body manipulation. The icon is an ideal training companion for younger players learning the basics of close control and finding their range. A player will achieve 40-50 touches in a minute, this is the same as a 90 minute match.
