Ticking all the boxes ✅️
Looking after ourselves and living our lives as we want to at the same time isn't impossible.
I've found it's a combination of building good habits, making informed choices and exercising discipline.
(Discipline would be the 1 pint in the sun as opposed to 6 pints in the sun 😆)

If you're trying to be more motivated (in any area of life) the key is to get to the deeper levels of identity. That work is not just motivational, it's FOUNDATIONAL. That's where a life coach really gets you a return on your investment. You don't just become a motivated person, you become a different person 👀

Just got back from a few days away.
Something about this view captivated me from the second we arrived.
I always find a change of scenery and a different pace of living serve as the best reminders of how much choice we actually have as people over our own lives.
When we take the time to think past the obstacles and limitations we place upon ourselves and the aspirations we have, it's pretty spectacular how many opportunities for a better way forward we can carve out.
