As the last leaves fall and the growing season is over, we’re moving towards the stillness of winter. This is reflected in our yoga practise as we focus on gathering the good stuff in (our energy) and letting go of the bad stuff ( that which no longer serves us)☺️🍁🍂

It’s a fun way to bring quietness & stillness in to one of the busiest times of your life. Breath awareness will help you keep calm, increase your energy and help you to relax. I was always surprised when my kids were babies how much they could sense.
It’s so important to look after yourself as most mums put themselves last. A calm mummy = a calm baby.
You will not only get to know your new body & accept it, but you will build back strength! All while building a very special bond with your baby.

This week has been all about yin yoga in class🧘🏼♀️. A yin practise slows our rate of respiration, heart rate and lowers our blood pressure as we activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Mega relaxing and cooling- a God send in this heat!!
