Keir is one of the three new members we’ve had this week to try out our sessions. It’s been great to have him in and showing us how strong he is and completed the most mega abs routine ever!!

This website is great in helping with advice on diabetes. From symptoms to what is it to how to help manage it.
The management side is why we’re so ready to do a group exercise for it and help promote managing safely and effectively with exercise.

✨ Coming this March ✨
Exercising has so many benefits to help manage and prevent diabetes, this is one of the many reasons I am looking to offer a day time small group session weekly to help with this!
Sessions will be tailored to each ability but will involve a variety of low impact, resistance training, cardiovascular focussed exercises. 🫁🧠🫀

✨Supported Sessions ✨
These sessions are booming!! We are loving being able to offer these! 💙
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-2pm and 2-3pm we are able to offer this small private gym for individuals and their enablers. Instructor led we have safe exercises that are adaptable for each level. Opening a safe area for everyone to come and work out - we do also have some great disco dance movers and signing competitions! Song requests taken this week we’ve had a one direction dance party, westlife sing along and lots of frozen and Disney soundtracks.

✨ Rob is our latest member to join the supported sessions this week ✨
Rob worked so hard this week, the sweat band was a great idea 😮💨 not just a fashion icon but great practically too!! He’s agreed to help model some exercises going forward so we can keep everyone up to date on what we’re doing in the sessions - go Rob. A big thanks to Dave with Leap Of Faith for supporting 🤩

EXCITING NEWS!!
We have had a jiggle about and we are super excited to tell you that we are coming together with ibounce again.
The newest of our team Emma will be taking a new trampoline fitness class on Tuesdays 6:30pm ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Starting on 1st March ….this will be bookable on the MINDBODY app from 21st 👍🏼🌈

Amazing opportunity ✨
2 hour Self defence session for anyone 16 yrs old and up.
Alex has 30 years of judo, 19 years of Taekwondo and a wealth of experience in many other martial arts.
Alex has been boiling his expertise down to effective, simple self defence techniques.
This 2 hour course is a great start to build confidence and awareness, introducing methods for avoidance, evasion and escape.
Spaces are limited so book your place now to avoid missing out.

My heart is so full doing these supported sessions ✨ Look at this smile 🤩
We are so lucky to be able to offer these supported sessions, they are growing rapidly and I can see why, a small safe space for people to be free to be who they are without any extra pressures from the world. I’m offering tailored exercise sessions to increase physical health but also with huge benefits to the social aspect. It’s great to see everyone making friends and turning up each week working hard.
Claire is a lovely example coming in this week, she loved the social interaction and people watching looking at what everyone is doing and even though it’s a scary environment to start with, she managed a few exercises with lots of happy smiles 😊 next week we’re doing a few more and then a few more and we’re building confidence and heath whilst seeing if we can get any bigger smiles!!
