☀️ NorthStrong Kids Summer Camps 🏋🏼♀️
A 2 hour camp designed to help kids build strength, learn new skills, make friends and have loads of fun!
BOOKINGS OPEN JULY 1ST
Each camp includes:
✅ Olympic weightlifting basics
✅ Fun conditioning games
✅ Nutrition and recovery education
✅ Arts & crafts
✅ Drinks & snacks included
📅 Wednesdays in August (5th, 12th, 19th & 26th)
⏰ 10:30-12:30
👧 Ages 8-11 and 12-16 (alternating weeks)
💷 £25 per child
🎟️ Each child may book one camp only

Starting June 1st:

⏰ 10:15am
These sessions are built to help you:
✔️ Build strength safely
✔️ Improve mobility & joint health
✔️ Feel more confident in everyday life
✔️ Stay strong and independent

Big changes for NorthStrong Kids 💥
Kids classes will now run on a term-time block booking system and will no longer be bookable through Gymcatch (from May 11th).
This move means more structure, better progression and consistency for the kids 🙌🏼
Current term is almost full. Emails have been sent today confirming places SO please check your inbox and junk!!
⚠️ Payment is required by Friday 1st May to secure your child’s spot, otherwise spaces will be offered to those on the waiting list.
Remaining spaces:
• 1 space - Monday 16:00 (8-11 yrs)
• 1 space - Friday 17:15 (13-16 yrs)
Once these go, this term is full.
