A lovely day at Solihull with lovely company. Thrilled to have Wesley back out eventing today, a lovely test followed by some unfortunate disobedience in the show jumping and just one stop out xc where the lack of momentum from walking down the slope lead to a look at the hedge.

Considering his lack of preparation for this event over the last two weeks I’m so pleased with him. Thank you Julie Brown for taking us both, safely transported in the wonderful Ham Van 🩷🫶

Peppa stepped in for Wesley yesterday morning at Eland, taking 4th in the Prelim and 2nd in the Novice. Very pleased with how she stepped up considering she has only done one prelim previously 😁 Looking forward to heading back next month for their ODE with her
