Many Kundalini meditations are referred to as Meditation Kriyas. A Kriya is a conscious action to effect change, shift patterns & support clearing within the body, mind & energy system.

Some can feel energising & transformative. Others can be deeply calming & settling.

There’s no one way it should feel.
