Power X Fitness

This Saturday 7th March is our annual power lifting competition .

The back room functional and strength area will be out of use from Friday afternoon and all day Saturday then back up and running from Sunday morning.

The main gym will be running as normal both day.

As from Tuesday the 13th Januray

All of our members who are under the age of 16 will need have their parent or legal guardian speak to a member of staff in person to give consent for them to be able use the gym and its facilities.

The parent or guardian will need to bring proof of their own ID to present to staff.

We understand this can be frustrating for our younger members. Safety is always the forefront of Power X .

We have the right to refuse entry at any point .

Due to a fire on Mexbrough high street the road to the gym car park has been closed by the police.

I will put an up date on when the road is open 👍🏻
