Great weekend at Bccma Nationals . The Kids competed in semi contact Qind da and made me very proud. So many winners from youth team. Then Shuai Jiao wrestling the next day. Loved it. Massive thanks to top rate coaching and mentorship from the team.

Me crying after 8 or 10 rounds of Muay Thai on the pads (I lost count) with Kru Dino. Kru Dino is a skilled Muay Thai teacher in Geneva. A veteran of Lumpinee Stadium in Thailand and very kind and generous teacher. If you are in Geneva go and train with him!

Me and a Swan at Lake Geneva in Switzerland. We’ve been getting along great. The swan hasn’t once tried to break my arm😜 I’m also teaching Tai Chi☯️ and learning about peak performance. A wonderful city and learning experience.

A very long but rewarding weekend at BCCMA nationals. They had the kids Qinda (semi contact) I didn’t compete in that 😉Chinese Wrestling and Tai Chi nationals next day. I did compete in those. 2nd and 3rd Chinese Wrestling and 1st in Tai Chi push hands. Much thanks to Nick and team for the coaching, teamwork and passion. Great event.

Back from Wales. What wonderful place. We climbed Snowden as a family which was thrilling and challenging. So proud of Rin and the kids, eight hours on the mountain was worth it in the end.
