Fibre…not a substance that gets much air time but still an important one. I aim for 30g’s per day not only to help keep me satiated but also for a healthy and happy gut. Trying out this soup, never tried before but quick and tasty and not bad with 11g’s of fibre….somehow tinned soup really turns me off 🤷🏻♀️ p.s for those sugar zelots out there none added to this
Always on the lookout for tasty, easy, high protein meal options…where possible I like to cook from scratch however life can’t always be perfect 🤗 this new one from Sainsbury’s gets a 10/10 from me for taste/ease and protein*****disclaimer this is what I like we are all different 😉

Gave this a try today…all 3 kids have sports on a Wednesday evening so something easy was in order…I don’t eat these types of meals all the time but definitely a good option for when I have a hectic schedule 🙏🏻
