One of the biggest reasons people struggle to lose fat is because they genuinely don’t realise how much they’re actually eating.
It’s rarely the main meals, it’s the little extras throughout the day. The handfuls, the sauces, the snacks while cooking, the drinks, the “just one bite” moments. Individually they seem small, but together they can easily push you out of a calorie deficit without you noticing.
You don’t need to starve yourself or cut out your favourite foods, you just need more awareness of what’s actually going in.

One bad meal doesn't ruin progress.

Progress is built from what you do consistently over weeks and months, not from a single meal or one day off track.

The problem usually isn’t the meal itself, it’s the mindset afterwards that can cause the problem.

One meal becomes: “I’ll start again Monday.”

Stay consistent, get back to your routine, and keep moving forward.

Most people don’t need anything complicated.

You don’t need a new diet every week or a completely different training plan. You just need something simple that you can actually stick to.

That’s why I put this guide together.

A guide that covers training, nutrition, and habits including weekly trackers to monitor progress in a way that’s easy to follow and realistic.

No extremes, no guesswork, just structure.

If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent, or don't feel you're getting the best out of your training , this is a good place to start.

There are many habits and routines we consiously or subconsiously do, all of which will result in a outcome good or bad. If we talk about fitness goals or life goals some habits and routines we do will ultimately step us in the right direction taking us closer to our goal or take us a step in the wrong direction away from our goal. Below is a way to correct some habits we all know that aren't always pointing us in the right direction. No matter how big or small a goal you have might be, the smallest habits and routines we can change can make the biggest differences over time and will keep you heading towards your success.

Step 1: The Cue
A cue is anything that brings about a craving. A cue can trigger and array of habits or routines that we do. These triggers can be caused by a cue including things like time of the day, a person, a feeling or our mood.

Step 2: The Cravings
Cravings occur because we want to change our current state. These cravings will often include a feeling, i enjoy the feeling i get after doing a workout, whereas some people don't. To minimise cravings that could hinder your goals you need to find pair a 'Want to do' activity with a 'need to do' act. If you dont like exercise but know you need to do it if your goal was to get stronger, doing a 30mins session rather than a hour could work, or meet a friend for coffee afterwards.

Step 3: The Routine
The routine is the habit you perform, or the response to your cue or craving. Is your habit going to have a positive step towards your goal?
