๐๐ผYour โhealthyโ diet foods could actually be contributing to bloating, constipation, and digestive discomfort.
When youโre dieting, food choices often become more repetitive, fibre intake can fluctuate, and artificial sweeteners tend to increase. For many people, this creates the perfect environment for digestive issues.
Here are a few things that can help:

Space your meals out properly instead of cramming several high-protein meals close together.

Identify foods that donโt sit well with you (they might be dairy, gluten, certain high-fibre vegetables, or foods high in sweeteners)
โ
Prioritise easy-to-digest foods and stay on top of your hydration.

Consider adding digestive support such as digestive enzymes or psyllium husk if needed.
Remember: just because a food is considered โhealthyโ doesnโt mean itโs the best choice for your digestion.
A healthy diet should support your gut, not fight against it.

When I recently found this photo on the left - I laughed so hard..๐ณ
On the left, I thought I was posingโฆ
On the right, I teach posing for a living.
How? Simply traded the baseball bat for dumbbells somewhere along the way. (Why was I even posing with a baseball bat?!) ๐
Joking apart.. started as a girl in heels dreaming about being a model (clearly not a great one ๐คฃ) turned into years of training, learning, competing, coaching, modelling for fun and refusing to quit.
People often see the physical transformation, but the biggest change has been in my mindset.
And Iโm forever grateful for finding this sport and feeling so passionate about it. โฅ๏ธ

Yesterdayโs posing seminar was a success! โจ
A huge well done to all the ladies competing this year! ๐
We focused on refining the details that make all the difference on stage โ polishing poses, improving transitions and building confidence.
๐๐ผWe worked through individual comparisons, call-outs, I-walks, and both NPC & PCA stage routines, giving everyone the opportunity to practice under pressure and receive feedback.
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ To finish, we did some stretching to improve hip mobility and vacuum work to help maintain that tight, controlled midsection on stage.
The hard work is paying off, and show times are getting closer..๐ซ
