🦴 Structural Balance
Your postural alignment. A stacked body is an efficient, high functioning, graceful body. When we are not in balance, physically and mentally, we move with energy costing compensations. What disrupts our posture? Life, injuries, surgeries, traumas, stress, thinking patterns, habits, not using our bodies in movements it was intended to do, poor breathing patterns, emotions, etc.
🫁 Breathing
How are you breathing at rest and when you’re sleeping? (Optimum is through the nose and 6 breaths a minute). The ability to inhale and exhale well is a powerful tool that we can train to excel our performance, improve our recovery, bring us up pre training session or race and relax us when we are stressed.
🧠 Mental Game
It starts with a belief in yourself. Can you perform under pressure? Can you put yourself in challenging situations? Do you take the lessons from mistakes?
👣 Time on Feet
How often are you stood without hanging out in the same position? How much are you walking (whilst swinging your arms) a day? How much time do you spend in awkward or different positions, sitting on the floor and moving in general?
🌖 Real Recovery
Aligning your day with the sunrise and sunset, breathwork, meditation, spending time outside and in nature, truly chilling body and mind.

Work with your body’s energy to create physical, psychological and spiritual health and wellbeing.
