Sometimes, what we need isn't more classes...
It's a chance to pause, check in, and receive some personalised guidance.
Over the summer months routines can become a little less structured, niggles can creep in, and it's easy to feel unsure about what your body needs most.
The Sona Movement Review is designed to help you reconnect with your movement and get more from your Pilates practice.

• 1 x 55-minute private Pilates session
• 2 x Mat Classes

Upper Body Reset: Release & Rebuild ✨
A small-group Pilates workshop focused on the neck, shoulders, rib cage, and upper spine.
Designed to help you:
• release tension
• improve posture
• move and breathe more freely
• better support the upper body in daily life

🌿 Introducing Sona Reset 🌿
A new 6-week Pilates-led reset designed to help you feel stronger, more energised, more connected — and more consistent.
This isn’t a fitness challenge or a drop-in class pack.
It’s a small, supportive programme for those who know movement helps them feel better… but struggle to stay consistent amongst the demands of everyday life.
Over 6 weeks we’ll focus on:
✨ strength & supportive movement
✨ posture, mobility & energy
✨ routine & accountability
✨ simple habits that actually fit into real life
Including:
• weekly studio Pilates sessions
• guided home practice videos
• weekly support & check-ins
• small group support (max 6 people)

As the year comes to a close. I just want to say thank you. Sona exists because of your consistency, trust, and quiet commitment to movement.
You won't see Big "New Year, New You" noise here. No rush, no reinvention - just sustainable practice, rest when it is needed, and movement that lasts.
If you feel like moving over Twixmas, Sona TV is there for you at home. No pressure, just familiar support.
Ending the year a little quieter than most - intentionally. I'm taking a proper pause before I begin again (the team are in next week, though) because sustainable movement starts with rest too. Lx
