Most men think the problem is simple:⁣

Every workout breaks your body down.⁣

It’s your sleep, nutrition, and recovery that determine whether you come back stronger…⁣

But that’s not the problem.⁣

The reality is — when life gets busy, stressful, and unpredictable…you don’t rise to your goals.⁣

It’s a design issue.⁣

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.⁣

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 —𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲.⁣
