REMOTE TRAINING
To those who don't receive my newsletters or those who haven't seen last weeks, I am opening up my remote training to anyone wanting that little bit of support in the gym or for home workouts.
You don't have to be a current client to get involved and there are options to suit everyone regardless of fitness level, gym or home workouts, time available and your goals.
What is remote training?
👉A personalised programme to follow in your own time, at the gym or at home.
👉Specific programming for YOU and your goals to help you succeed.
👉Regular 1:1 check ins, feedback and accountability from myself whenever you need it.
👉Video demonstrations of all exercise you are unsure of.
👉No mandatory weigh ins, progress photos or measurements (unless you want to use them yourself).
Interested?
There are 2 options available:
1️⃣A one off programme with a one off payment. This would be ideal for those who are starting out on their fitness journey, those who just want to fit in what they can around their lifestyle but aren't so concerned about reaching a particular goal or for use as a taster before committing to a monthly option.
2️⃣A monthly programme (3 month minimum) that will evolve with you to include progressive overload (basically, as you get fitter and stronger, the training builds with you!). This option is great for those already in a regular routine and have a basic knowledge and level of fitness but really want to commit and push themselves further.
BOTH options include all the 1:1 support during their programme🙌.

Nobody around to join you? Head out on your own with some of your fave Christmas music (if you're not sick of it by now!)

Time to ditch those worries! Set yourself a worry timer for 5-10 minutes and jot down whatever is on your mind. Once down, put that paper away and get on with your day with a clearer head.

Try out a new exercise, class or activity. It doesn't have to be fitness related - a local craft, cooking or language course could be something you could do!

Take your time prepping and cooking a Sunday roast with all the trimmings (a test run for the big day!)
Activities like cooking and baking can be a great mindfulness activity to bring you some calm amongst the chaos.

Swap your workout for a cleaning blitz around the house so that you can spend the next week embracing all the festive feels!
Never underestimate a deep clean for getting the heart rate going.
