I have certain intolerances to foods and medications, and since doing my level 3 gp referral and my level 4 obesity,diabetes and metabolic syndrome exams, it’s made me question and research things a lot lot more .
I’ve always tried to be healthy and be careful with what I eat and put into my body , but even I’ve had to rethink a lot of foods, and establishments in what they are informing me !!

Don’t be afraid to lift free weights,
barbells,
kettlebells,

use resistance bands etc...
