60 seconds.
But holding your pace is where it gets challenging.

If you’ve already tried it:
Go again and beat your number.

If you haven’t:
Get a score on the board.

Most people improve on their second attempt.
Don’t leave it until the last week.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and made the RPT Olympics on 6 June 2026 such a success. From the incredible effort on the competition floor to the support behind the scenes, every contribution helped create a memorable event.

- Getting a bit more comfortable each week
- Lifting slightly better than you did before

It’s not dramatic.
But it adds up.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲: 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘆 & 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹

A proper breakfast sets the tone for the day.
High protein. Filling. Simple.
No skipping meals. No guessing.

Ingredients (1 serving):
2 eggs
100g lean turkey mince
1 slice wholegrain toast or 100g potatoes
Handful spinach
1 tsp oil

Instructions:
1. Cook turkey mince in a pan
2. Add spinach and cook until wilted
3. Fry or scramble eggs
4. Serve with toast or potatoes
