𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲: 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘆 & 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹

A proper breakfast sets the tone for the day.
High protein. Filling. Simple.
No skipping meals. No guessing.

Ingredients (1 serving):
2 eggs
100g lean turkey mince
1 slice wholegrain toast or 100g potatoes
Handful spinach
1 tsp oil

Instructions:
1. Cook turkey mince in a pan
2. Add spinach and cook until wilted
3. Fry or scramble eggs
4. Serve with toast or potatoes

It’s easy to think you need to go all in to see results.
Cut everything out. Train as hard as possible. Be strict.

That approach doesn’t last.

What actually works is:
- Training with structure
- Eating consistently
- Building habits you can stick to

You don’t need to push harder.
