How often do you BACK yourself, just before a lift?
Headspace mantras for those moments when the fear is there, but you’re doing it anyway!!
For me 👇 just before I lift I repeat one or two tried and tested sayings:
👉 I’VE GOT THIS, I’VE F*CKING GOT THIS
👉 I LOVE Sn**ch (C&J) & sn**ch loves me
👉 RIGHT THEN KAREN, SHOWTIME
👉 FEET, GRIP, SET UP, TRUST, BREATH, LIFT… GO

I couldn’t wait to get to Spain this year 🇪🇸✨
Honestly life has been a bit challenging earlier in the year and I wasn’t sure I’d even make it after my hysterectomy operation … but I DID 💪
✨ This comp always lights me up.
