📸 A Real-Life Example: Trusting The Process
One of my clients, Flavia, is a great example of why it’s important to trust the process rather than becoming emotionally attached to daily scale weight.
Throughout her journey, her weight has fluctuated many times.
⚖️ Some weeks it went down.
⚖️ Some weeks it stayed the same.
⚖️ Some weeks it even went up.
If she’d judged her progress purely from the scales, there would have been plenty of moments where she could have become frustrated and questioned whether anything was working.
But instead, she stayed focused on the bigger picture.
✅ She continued training consistently.
✅ She continued lifting weights.
✅ She continued improving her nutrition habits.
✅ She continued showing up week after week.
Most importantly, she trusted the process.
When you compare her photos from when she first started to where she is now, the difference is remarkable.
Her waist is tighter.
Her shape is more defined.
Her muscle tone is more visible.
Her overall body composition has improved significantly.
The scales only tell part of the story.
The photos tell the real story.
The person on the left was still learning to trust the process.
The person on the right has complete confidence in the process because she has seen what consistency can achieve.
That’s why body recomposition isn’t just about losing weight.
It’s about building better habits, improving body composition, becoming stronger, developing confidence and creating results that last.
Trust the process long enough, and eventually the evidence becomes impossible to ignore. 💪🔥

☀️ Training in the heat today? Here are a few simple tips to help you perform better and stay safe 💪
💧 Stay hydrated
Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Good hydration helps your muscles contract properly and keeps your energy levels more stable during training.
⚡ Consider electrolytes
Especially if you’re sweating a lot. Sodium, magnesium and potassium all play an important role in muscle function, performance and recovery.
🍌🍚 Fuel your training
Try adding a few carbohydrate-based snacks around your training. This can help support energy, focus and muscle performance, especially when the heat makes training feel harder than usual.

Busy mum Kelly has absolutely smashed it 👏
