What’s your biggest obstacle to working out as a mum??
I think it’s the fact that there’s always something else we could or should be doing!
Free time as a mum doesn’t exist! Even when you think you’re free, there’s another to do list to be getting on with.
This is why I think it’s so important to actively create that space for your training. Schedule it in to your diary like any other appointment.
If staying fit and healthy is important to you, you are going to have to make the time not leave it to chance!

What a great race after my last failed attempt!
I wasn’t sure how to tackle this race - wanting to run for the love of running again but also I can’t help feeling slightly competitive…
Today ticked all my boxes and had that great post race high after doing quicker than I’d thought 💪🏻🏃♀️☀️

REAL LIFE this week 🏃♀️🥂👯♀️🍔🥑
We ran, drank a little too much over the bank holiday, made memories with the family, had a cheeky Maccy Ds, have been slightly run down, training hasn’t been great but we’re (now) focusing on fuelling and nourishing a slightly tired body.
Training & nutrition haven’t been perfect but real life happened and that’s ok!
Consistency is knowing that I haven’t “fallen off the wagon”, I’ll make a few more healthy choices next week and we move on 💁🏼♀️💪🏻
