Feast, dance and immerse yourself into a sizzling story, for a journey of outrageous celebration. Our Host will lead your curiosity, stopping off to enjoy the delights and wonder behind each door. Be prepared to experience the powerful creativity, rebellion and freedom that oozes out of our House Residents. As some of you know I have been very focused on directing the Buried Pleasure show for the last few months- writing the script, making Selkie and Jellyfish costumes, group rehearsals and organising the motley crew of talented artists…💦😅 Now I’ve caught my breath, here’s a juicy glimpse of what’s coming up in the next few months…

Absolutely ecstatic to announce that I will be facilitating another 8 week Kundalini Dance Chakra Alchemy Course starting 1st August at at The Zed Shed - a very spacious and beautiful venue overlooking the river in Penryn. This is an absolutely life changing transformational, devotional practice that I am honoured to offer to my community since I completed my training as a Kundalini Dance Priestess with details last summer. Together with mystical sound and voice, guided by we have created an embodied storytelling of the reclaiming of the sealskin soul. Today at the dress rehearsal it made everyone cry so get ready to be moved🩷✨

🐙Buried Pleasure…. Much deeper than a catchy title…🐙

My intention for putting on these shows is not only to create more opportunities for the local creative community but also to create a space for a healing transmission to occur through embodied storytelling. Ritual theatre is an ancient community healing practice, and my soul mission is to remember this art in a way that is relevant to us now.
Through tales that speak to us of our ancestors and the land we live on, we can receive profound healing for not only ourselves but the interconnected web of life we are part of. Many audience members at Mycelium Magick told me that they had been crying when witnessing the performances and couldn’t really explain why.

For me, ☠️🏴‍☠️❤️‍🔥 BURIED PLEASURE❤️‍🔥🏴‍☠️☠️ is a story of reclaiming our inner treasure- the wild, sensual, instinctual, feminine soul. And realising that our gold is discovered through alchemising our shadows.
Me and a group of women have been co-creating a performance piece through connecting with the Celtic folk tale of the Shapeshifting Seal women, the Selkies. This has been a profoundly healing journey for me personally and also the experience of co-creating a dance with my sisters is very special to me. Our prayers are going to be infused into the tapestry of the dance, the music and the story so buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride!!!
This is the only show that we’ll be putting on this year so please come and support us….
