300KM. 28 Days. One Big Goal. To raise money to launch a brand new project for the charity …….And today it got real. 🏃♀️🔥
Today was day 1 of my challenge: 10km a day, every day in June.
This wasn’t just the first run. It was the first 10km of 300km that I’ll be doing this month to try and raise £15,000 for a new life saving initiative.
The goal? To help create opportunities through jobs and education around menstrual hygiene — because access to education and dignity shouldn’t depend on where you’re born.
Right now, 300km feels huge. My legs already know what’s coming 😂 But big goals should feel a little scary, right?
So here’s to day 1 ✅

Today was 10,000m on the rower… and honestly, it was tougher than I expected 🥵🚣♀️
But it had to be done because throughout June I’ll be taking on repeated 10K challenges - rowing, running and SkiErg sessions - all to raise awareness and support an amazing cause.
This challenge is part of the launch of a new initiative focused on helping stamp out period poverty and support women who are struggling to access basic essentials.
Every metre matters. Every session has purpose. 💪❤️

Every day in June, I’ll be running, rowing or skiing on a SKIIERG for 10K.
Not for a medal. Not for a challenge badge.
But for women and girls who are forced to miss school, work, and daily life simply because they can’t afford period products.
I am currently raising money for to help launch Positive Flow Kenya — a new initiative focused on supporting women and girls living in period poverty.
Something as natural as a period should never take away someone’s dignity, confidence, education, or opportunities.
Yet for so many women, it does.
So on the days my legs ache, when the weather is awful, or motivation is low… I’ll remind myself why I started.
Because somewhere, a young girl is staying home from school.
Because somewhere, a woman is struggling in silence.
Because no woman should feel shame for something her body naturally does.
If my 10K a day can help even one girl feel supported, seen, and empowered — every step is worth it.
