Do you train solo or with a partner?
I've been reading The Brave Athlete and they make a good suggestion of periodizing your training partners!
The reason they suggest this is to utilise people's strengths to push you, and a few sessions where you can take it a bit easy.
This seems like a great idea, let me know what you think.

What do you class as progress?
I see it everywhere, lose this much weight, do this diet, I want to weigh this much!
Why? What does that weight mean to you? Unless it's for a medical or performance reason a goal weight probably won't give you the results you want!
Why not try tracking how far or fast you are running, how much weight you lift or how many reps you can do? Can you do a pull up, maybe that would be a good goal!
Redefine your focus and you may achieve more than you thought possible!
Milo of Croxton was believed to carry a calf up a hill every day from its birth until it was a fully grown Ox!
He did this in a relentless pursuit of improving his physical condition and in the process coming up with one of the most important training principles we have, progressive overload!
What are you doing today to improve your future? I'm not saying go out and grab a calf and start carrying it around 🤣 but what can you do today to take a step towards where you want to be in the future?

I establish openers by what you can do any day of the week, and with bench can you get a true 2 second pause 😳🥵
