A few of our team had the great pleasure of attending a Masterclass session on Saturday, led by Judo legend, Neil Adams Mbe. Our coaches gained some superb technical knowledge throughout the 4 hour session to pass on, and Norah participating in two randori sessions aswell as some tech sessions.

To note just a few of Neil's achievements:
Two time Olympic Silver Medallist
World Champion 1981
Five time European Champion
IJF 9th Dan and Hall of Fame member

Thank you to all the members (past and present), coaches, volunteers and families who came together to celebrate 15 years of Butokokan Judo Club last night, after its relocation to Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. 1️⃣5️⃣

We had a great night sharing stories, reminiscing, and speaking about future plans with you all. It was fantastic to see such a good turnout, with everyone leaving with a smile on their faces! 🥳

Yesterday, we attended Asda and completed a bucket collection and tombola stall, raising vital funds for the club. The generous customers of Asda helped raise a total of…
