The most amazing time was had at the annual Christmas do! Dinner at Bangkok Thai followed by drinks & games 🥳

It’s finally here! We’ve finally confirmed my Christmas special! (With a couple of extra classes for good measure!)
Truth be told I didn’t think we’d be able to fit it in this year but it must be fate! You asked, and we delivered!

THIS ONE IS SO FUN! I can’t wait to dance with you to this on Monday at our Zumba x Clubbercise special! A free one off class with 30 mins Zumba followed by 30 mins of Clubbercise!

These sessions encompass everything we love about dance! We get rid of the boundaries and we just move in a way that makes us happy! Notice how that looks different for everyone and that is MORE THAN OKAY!
Dancing can be about more than precision or looking good. We smile, we laugh, we explore what our bodies can do, we get our heart rates up and we have a damn good time doing it!
