In March 2020, Pete unfortunately suffered a heart attack whilst out running with his son . Through sheer determination and courage... today on April 12th 2021, Pete came in for first PT session back since I saw him 2 days before his heart attack. Later this year, Pete aims to be back on the start line of his next marathon. Be a Pete in life ❤️

Both of my workouts are now live on the Gymshark app as part of the challenge. Workout 1 is strength and conditioning for runners and workout 2 is a treadmill (can be done outside) based workout, designed to help improve your 5k times. Thanks to Gymshark for asking me to be a part of this and it was an honour to work for such a fantastic company.
