Every athlete should be coached differently. Some need constant reassurance, some need goals, and some work to win approval from their coach. works hard to win my approval, and tbh I seldom give it, as it keeps her hungry. Last weekend she ran for her first time at and most certainly did me proud! A huge achievement for her and so much more to come. Remember to find what drives each athlete and focus on it to drive their hunger 🥇 🥇 🥇 @ Alexander Stadium

Good weekend in the office. Some highs including PB’s and lows including 3 no throws. Lessons learnt all around, 2nd from & 5th from .xx & through safely too. Awesome performances from and the other inter girls & here we come 💪💪💪

Been working on this approach for a while. It all fell into place today! Working hard on driving out from the start, and starting the curve on the outside leg to deal with the centripetal force of the curve more efficiently. Good work .xx

Isolating the shoulders in shot forces throwers to use the legs before the torso. This helps achieve better weight distribution at the front of the circle. .xx
