Buckinghamshire Council wish to lease the café at Denham Country Park to a passionate and innovative café operator to provide a quality catering facility for visitors to Denham Country Park.

The Tenant will have the opportunity to remodel the facility to suit its needs, and the Council are offering up to a 10-year lease to enable this investment. Expression of Interest (EOI) Submission Deadline: 2 February 2026
