As a result of this massive rally, Larry Ellison’s net worth has climbed to $299.6 billion, surpassing Jeff Bezos to become the world’s third-richest person.

Oracle shares hit a 2026 intraday high of $250.25 Monday, extending a furious late-May rally that has recast the database pioneer as a marquee AI-infrastructure player and boosted the fortune of co-founder Larry Ellison, who holds roughly 40% of the company.

The company has pivoted from a mature software vendor into a major player in the AI boom, renting compute power to the largest AI developers like OpenAI.

Oracle’s move was partly a recovery as its stock had fallen about 35% from its late-October high due to a $50 billion plan to expand its AI capabilities, a revenue miss and reports of stalled financing and slipping timelines on its OpenAI data center buildout.

The rise comes amid a sector-wide rally, with iShares’ Software ETF rising roughly 21% in May—its biggest gain in 25 years—as fears that AI tools would gut traditional software business models reversed.

Berkshire Hathaway has made its first company purchase in the post-Buffett era.

C- The persons, who discriminated me against my employment & be involved into false allegations leading to my defamation, deprivations of my basic privacy & to the demises of my father & sisters due to lack of money to help them with medical support from 2018-2021 & till 2026.

D- The persons, who aid them to hurt me & my son with mental torture & financial hardship despite earning up to £7000/ before they decided to plot against me & kept me on a £1000/month whilst stressing & harassing me on my phones, my emails, at my door steps, on the streets & on the buses, 24/7 for my benefit money & they even used social media platforms to block me & my son from 2017-2026.
