Most people eat one ‘bad’ meal, then spiral off plan and stop doing the things that were moving them forward.

You think athletes or fitness professionals never overindulge?

Of course they do!

One meal doesn’t ruin your progress. Quitting for 3 days does…

So here’s your monday tip today

Went overboard on Saturday night? Let it go.

Move on.

Next meal = back to normal

Friday Brightspot ⭐️

Over the last 10 weeks he’s added 3kg of muscle whilst dropping 2% body fat.

Now the goal is to head south toward 15% while continuing you improve strength, fitness and sporting performance.

Don’t even know where to begin on this one 🔥🔥

Since opening we have tried our very hardest to help people change their life LONG TERM

Not quick fixes or 3 month transformations which then rebound people back to where they were 😤

A long term lifestyle change which teaches people how to enjoy training whilst achieving fantastic results.

has been with us for over a year now and perfectly captures what we are trying to do

She’s consistently turned up 3 x per week, willing to learn and follow the process

There have been maintenance phases throughout the journey and our focus now switches to performance in the gym

She is an absolute joy to have around and is a rock of our community 🙏🏻
