WHO ARE WE?...
We’re a small, intimate company with two pubs located in Buckinghamshire. In recent times things have changed a little - you will now see Jack and Millie in the pubs, pulling pints and serving guests. You may even catch sight of the two pub dogs! In our kitchens, our Chefs concentrate on providing home cooked menus with specials that change daily. Provenance, sustainability and so
Chef - 4 day week!
- Monthly changing menus
- Every chef in our kitchen contributes to the menu
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment
- A passion for fresh food is a must
- A methodical, calm and organised approach to work
- Precise planning and organisation ability
- The desire to work in a family run business
- Desire to learn and become a Sous Chef in the future
- Hourly pay plus a equal share of the tips (full time staff are taking home around £500 a month in tips)

On the 19th day of December our Christmas Decorations came down 🎄😞💔
Pub packed up and Pub Festive time is over before it even started, 2 weeks and 2 days of our doors being open and back on the 2020 roller coaster we go. We head towards 2021 unknown at what point we will be able to open our doors - however, as we have said before....we will see you on the other side!🎢
We are holding our heads high knowing we did our best over the last few weeks to spread the festive cheer and had some great giggles with our customers and team. A massive thank you to all that dined and drank with us and were part of this tier 2 chapter ❤️
We now all head home, to spend time with our families, rather than spending Christmas with our pub family. Little Gem team - you are stars in our eyes, our little dream team! 🌟
