What a great year for Brunel Sailing!
We are heading to Brunel Ball today to celebrate all the achievements of the sports teams this year as well as all of our own 😉.

And that’s our season all wrapped up!
The sun came out for sizzler this year with very light wind sailing, good vibes and some questionable sailing techniques ⛵️☀️
We slowly got around the course, enjoyed a tasty curry and ending the weekend with a group bonding trip at lego land 🥂.

LAST EVENT OF THE SEASON ⛵️
Ending our team racing season off with a bang, the team is travelling to southampton for a one day, high stakes event 🥂

as our last training session of the year we headed over to our friends in surrey to get some racing in and it was a windy one 🌬️
Only one of your boats managed to stay dry with our race captain causing 6 capsizes throughout the day (thanks deeley)

Congratulations to Ethan Godfrey on winning the Young Adult category at the Datchet Club Championships!
After only sailing for a year and a half he is showing big improvements and we can’t to see what’s next ⛵️

Brunel crowned winners of Loser playoffs 🏆
For the second year in a row Loser play offs was able to run, thanks to the hard work from and . A big thank you to everyone who took part and we hope everyone has learnt a bit for next years southern qualifiers⛵️!

A big thank you to for having us at Icicle this year. ☀️
Brunel brought the vibes, spending the weekend with non stop smiles on their faces despite results. Entering this closing end of the season and focusing on developing our freshers as helms meant some strange results for brunel however the second day brought 2 crucial wins against southampton red and QM⛵️.
Very proud of the squad and we hope to be back at Icicle next year!
