Hi all - I haven't posted anything on here for a very long time manly due to the fact that I stopped running my own classes /events after the pandemic and I now only teach Zumba at Nuffield Health and Fitness in Wakefield.
On Sunday 17th March we are running a charity Zumbathon in aid of Comic Relief at Nuffield from 1pm till 3pm at 10.00 per person. Two hours of zumba, two instructors (the fabulous Helen Ramshaw will be joining me) so if you fancy joining in please contact me for more further details. Booking is essential and open to everyone. 😁 😁 😁

I haven't posted on here for some time mainly because I now only teach Zumba at Nuffield gym in Wakefield and no longer run my own classes elsewhere.
If there are any changes in the future I will let you know, otherwise hope to see some of you at Nuffield. Keep dancing 💃💃💃

Good morning everyone - I'm really sorry to inform you that I cannot restart my Thursday classes at Denhale ARC as promised. This is not for ever, just for now. Please accept my apologies for cancelling several start dates but I need to get back to full fitness and health before taking anything else on.
My classes at Nuffield will continue and there will be special events over the coming months, so please look out for those on this page.
