I'm so grateful to receive this beautiful card from a participant of my Journaling for Wellbeing course that finished last week. Itโs always rewarding to see how journaling can help others feel more confident in expressing themselves and finding joy in the process. ๐
Supporting women in their wellbeing journey is the heart of what I do, and moments like this remind me why itโs so important. Thank you, Charlotte, and all the amazing women who took part! ๐

As the founder of Bring Me to Life, a non-profit dedicated to women's mental health and personal wellbeing, this partnership is especially meaningful. Our mission is to support women in nurturing their mental health and overall wellbeingโand that aligns perfectly with encouraging young girls in sports.
