Just an update on Ella. She has overcome not one but two operations recently.

We await her next treatment but what a strong girl.

Loyalty in Football

In Junior Football players come and go for various reasons.
However, 4 players have been with me since U8’s.

From raw development to Garforth League Div 2 winners.

These lads received a memento for all their efforts.

Sad in some ways as lads now go off and do other things.

The start of our U18’s journey - Middleton Leisure Centre - 05/06

Last season was amazing and I can’t thank the players enough for all their hard work and dedication in achieving League Div 2 Winners & making the Leeds & District Cup Final at Elland Road.
You get out what you put in and the lads gave the team everything and more.

To win the league by a clear 10 points.
To run a fantastic Wortley side who only just missed out on winning Div 1 and also runner up in the County Cup in a fantastic achievement.

On a personal note I would like to thank all the messages from parents and players for their kind words.
This by far is the best season as a coach not just having success but the group of players & parents that have come together as one.

For all the players that are moving on to pastures new “Thank You”. Some have been with me since U8’s & U9’s.
A really big “Thank You” to Mark Leaman who also can’t carry on the journey due to work commitments. He’s been by my side for many years and appreciate all your help.
Loyalty to the end.

Excited about the future by producing players for our Senior Team and playing at the highest level possible.

Wishing you all a great summer which we end together by having a great tour to Belgium 🇧🇪.
