It’s a long but important post this evening…
We had bullying workshop and a punching masterclass from Master Tony Higo in our classes tonight
What we learnt about bullying:
⭐️ you’re not on your own, lots of people have had experiences of being bullied
⭐️if you have been bullied, it is not your fault.
Bullies often pick on people to make themselves feel better
⭐️always tell a trusted adult - Sh**un is always a safe space to share
⭐️if we act confident, we start to feel confident
