It’s great to get moving but it’s even better to get what you want out of it.

Trends come and go but concepts remain the same. Calorie deficit = weight loss. But there’s no harm in using little tricks if they make dieting easier for you! You and your mate might use different approaches. That’s cool, you are different people with different personalities. Whatever helps you stick the the concept. Calorie deficit. Note I said easier, not easy. It’s okay to be challenged. It builds character. But no point making it harder just for the sake of it either 💪👊
