My students are loving our new yoga space at The Change Foundation Cricket Centre in Wallington. We basked in the glow of the spectacular harvest full moon which shone through the floor to ceiling windows as it hung low over the sports field. What a lovely view for our yoga practice last week. If you want to join us, come along on Mondays at 7pm.

Chairs in yoga aren’t just for the elderly. We use lots of different props to help us get deeper into poses and find news ways to stretch.

FALL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS

We will be hosting a morning of mini classes to help you discover the fitness regime that suits you and your lifestyle. Each taster class is only 20mins long so you can try them all within the 3hr session.

Sample Fighting Fit and Fitness Pilates with Sally, experience Barre and Zumba with Della and explore deep yoga stretches with Shelley. We will also enjoy health drinks in between to reinvigorate and energise, plus everyone attending will receive a health goodie bag.

At least mums and babies managed to meet face to face (or mask!) before lockdown on the Nov Baby Massage Course. It was the first time these babies had seen other babies! Nice to see them so happy and relaxed after only week one. 👶🥰
