Are you aged 12-18+ and wanting to try something new or reconnect with the sport? Come along to our rugby sessions.
We know rugby can be intimidating which is why we have an amazing coach that focuses on those barriers to engaging in the sport.
No matter your skill or fitness level. You have a place at our club.

Fantastic work today for our women. Building on their space awareness and how to communicate towards a common goal.
Took a few goes to get it working but once they got a hang of it they were a force not to be messed with for our attacker.
We hope to see some younger faces to give our oldies a run for their money.

Abit of rain wont put our girls off working hard on their passing and catching.
Thought of giving rugby a go without the pressure of contact or not having any experience in the sport before.

Wanting to try something new?
We are back tomorrow after being held back by poor weather.
Come along to our sunday rugby sessions 10-11am.
Focus of having fun and fitness.
Only things required are a positive attitude, water and suitable outdoor shoes or boots.

Unfortunately due to poor weather, we have decided to call training off this week for the safety of our players.
We hope things improve for next week so we can get back into it and see your lovely faces.
