Here's our final two U17 lifters .
Brilliant lifting from them and loved seeing them encouraging each other. Ellie-leigh hit pbs and qualifications 🥈 and Alexis showed great determination 🥇.

What an incredible day at The Nixon Rowell Cup!
We brought 14 lifters and came home with 13 gold medals 🥇, 1 silver medal 🥈, and 2 Best Lifter trophies 🏆. There were also plenty of personal bests and British qualification totals achieved throughout the day.
Well done to our two guest lifters, aged just 6 and 7 years old, who were fantastic and represented themselves brilliantly.

It was a lovely, friendly competition, and every single one of our lifters did us proud. The team spirit, support, and determination on display were outstanding from start to finish.
