What an incredible experience at the 2026 German Cup in Freiburg! 🇩🇪🛼

Our 4 Fusion skaters delivered brilliant performances across the board — showcasing skill, confidence, and true team spirit. They blended seamlessly with their GB teammates, supporting each other every step of the way and representing with pride.

Beyond the rink, it was a lovely trip filled with great memories, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We couldn’t be prouder of how they performed and carried themselves throughout the event.

This session provided an invaluable opportunity for our athletes to refine the technical and physical requirements of the Free Skating discipline. The comprehensive curriculum ensured a balanced focus on both elite performance and foundational excellence:

Technical Ex*****on: Jump mechanics and spin rotations.

Artistic Presentation: Choreographic refinement and movement quality.

Off-Skates Conditioning: Targeted fitness and dry training for peak athletic output.

Fundamental Mastery: Precision skating skills essential for the championship level.

We are immensely grateful for the coaches' commitment to elevating the standard of British artistic roller skating and for their dedication to developing the next generation of podium-ready athletes. 🏆

Our skaters and coaches have landed safely in Germany ☺️🇩🇪

They’ve now met up with the rest of Team GB from other clubs and are all set for the German Cup 🇬🇧

Day 2 of Spring Nationals 🤍

What an amazing weekend! 🌟

Yes, there were medals — and we are so proud of every one of them — but today wasn’t Just about that.

It was in the quiet moments.

The deep breaths before stepping out onto that rink.

The wobbles, the falls, the getting back up anyway.

The “I did it”, even if it wasn’t perfect.

That’s the best kind of winning.

Every skater out there showed something deeper than just numbers and results today… their love for skating, their dedication and commitment.

To our coaches — thank you for holding belief in every skater, even in the moments they doubt themselves, and for continually giving up your time to help these skaters reach new levels. Oh and not forgetting all the pep talks too! ☺️

To our parents — for the early mornings, the rushing around, the constant support (and everything in between that no one sees).

And to GB Skate Artistic— for creating a space that feels so supportive, so special, and full of opportunity for our skaters to grow.
